The performance eyewear system was developed over a two-year technical testing period, involving New York City athletes and Japanese engineering. The frame features D+ lens technology, an adjustable hypoallergenic rubber nose pad and temple tips with a titanium core.

The D+ sterile mirror has been developed for physical activities requiring maximum sun protection. The mirror coating facilitates additional infrared screening. The lens offers 100% UVA/B protection and transmits 29.07% of visible light. Athletes often forget that sunglasses are a medical device. Unlike our skin, our eyes do not contain melanin. This means that every time we expose them to sunlight, they become more sensitive.D+ lens technology is constructed from an exclusive form of polycarbonate, which is unbreakable. The inside of the lens has an anti-reflective coating for holistic eye protection. The lens is finished with our oleophobic treatment, which makes it water repellent.
